Join Amy, vinyasa instructor and owner of Invoke, as she leads you through an invigorating vinyasa class. Expect fun holiday tunes and a fun, yet challenging class. This open level class will challenge the advanced yogi but also present a variety of variations for the less experienced student.

New Year, New Perspective: Going Upside-Down
The only constant in our lives is change. Inversion practice helps us meet changes in our lives with grace and equanimity by allowing us to see the familiar from a different perspective. Those new to inversions will learn proper alignment, preparatory postures and strength-building skills; those familiar with inversions will start to bring their practice off the wall and experience the joys of their topsy-turvy world. Caution: Certain precautions exist for a variety of health and medical related conditions including, but not limited to, glaucoma, retinal damage, high blood pressure, neck or shoulder injury and pregnancy.
