Pilates - Developed over 70 years ago, Pilates coordinates mind, body and breath to develop sleek and strong abdominal muscles and a supple back. Pilates @ Invoke offers dynamic group mat classes and private reformer sessions by certified instructors.

Mat - Our group pilates mat classes use rings and body bars to sculpt your body and strengthen your core during a one-hour class. Your instructor will guide you through the class working on hips, legs, abs and back. You’ll feel it the next day! All levels welcome- the class is tailored for a variety of levels.

Pilates Mat - Back to Basics - This class is perfect for beginners and more advanced students that wish to revisit form and function. This fundamental group pilates mat classes reviews proper form and function of pilates. Use rings and body bars to
sculpt your body and strengthen your core during a one-hour class. Your instructor will guide you through the class working on hips, legs, abs and back. The classes function based on the fundamental principles of Pilates and provides modifications of each movement if needed.

IM=X reformer sessions - Called "the strength training version of Pilates" by Fitness Magazine, IM=X reformer sessions will tone and stretch every muscle group, and raise your heart rate--- all in one session. An update of the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, IM=X uses modern research to pick up where Joseph Pilates left off. Guided by an instructor using the IM=X reformer machine, each session is individually designed to meet your personal fitness goals.
