Summer holidays are beckoning, and Laura’s ready to help you shape-up with the ever popular Bootcamp! Join Laura for another series of her unique and high energy cardio, yoga, pilates combo Bootcamp. Be prepared to sweat your way into summer shape, while having lots of fun stretching and strengthening all your muscles - maybe even some you didn’t know you had!
Laura uses yoga to explore flexibility and strength, Pilates exercises to develop core strength, and cardio to get the heart rate up. Cardio movements always start slow and then Laura gives the option of turning up the speed to explore your maximum challenge, giving students of all levels the opportunity to participate and enjoy the experience. Yoga, Pilates and cardio are intertwined throughout the class for a balanced, invigorating flow.
Notes: Moderate physical fitness is recommended, though you need not have previous experience in yoga or Pilates to participate. Please drink plenty of water before class and bring water to class. Towels are available or you can bring your own.
