Don’t let stiff muscles or your own perception that you are inflexible hold you back any longer! Flexibility is not a pre-requisite; lack of it is all the more reason to join Laura for this five-week series and explore how yoga can help.

Notes: Moderate physical fitness is recommended, though you need not have previous experience in yoga to participate. Please drink plenty of water before class and bring water to class. Towels are available or you can bring your own.
