OUR CLASSES

Vinyasa Yoga - Level 1
Designed for the yogi who is interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the poses. These classes include the introduction to basic vinyasa poses, breathing techniques and class structure.
Vinyasa Yoga - Level 1/2
This slower-paced class is perfect for beginners or those who enjoy a slower flow. New transitions and poses will be introduced. This is a great stepping stone before joining a Level 2 class.
Vinyasa Yoga - Level 2
A flowing sequence that ties movement with breath, this class focuses on the strength and power of the vinyasa practice. Experience the cardio, heat-building side of the practice, as well as the mind balancing, focus-on-the-moment benefits. Appropriate for all levels.
Vinyasa Yoga - Level 2/3
Designed for the more experienced yogi, although all levels are welcome to grow their practice. Flow through vigorous vinyasa poses, working towards more challenging postures. Variations of each pose will be offered to cater to your individual level, presenting different options for the less experienced, as well as the advanced yogi.
Heated Vinyasa Yoga
Our same amazing flow-style vinyasa class with the added detoxifying and calorie-burning benefits of a heated studio. Please be prepared to sweat and remember to hydrate before and after class. Classes are heated to 100 degrees.
Core Heat Level 2/3
Pilates mat with a twist! Form-focused functional movement, expertly cued pilates intervals, and detoxifying infrared heat all in one sweaty 60-minute session. Core HEAT is a detailed and challenging stream of exercises thoughtfully programmed to improve strength, balance, coordination, and stamina. The room is heated between 80 and 85 degrees and the class is comprised of 5 sections: warmup, 3 different flows with ab-focused intervals to separate them, and a generous cool down.
Bar Effect Level 2
Bar Effect™ features all the core toning elements of pilates and yoga with the booty and thigh sculpting effects of ballet barre work. We will incorporate lengthening and strengthening ballet barre and yoga moves with approximately 25 minutes of abdominal mat work.
Yin Yoga Level 1
Yin yoga is accessible to everyone. Poses, held between three and five minutes, are done mostly on the floor and target the deep connective tissue concentrated in the major joints of the body. Yin yoga helps rejuvenate connective tissues, improve circulation, and bring joints back to their natural range of motion. The longer duration within each pose provides the opportunity to slow down and bring awareness to the current capabilities of our bodies.
Restorative Yoga Level 1
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. You will support your body with various props, allowing it to fully relax into the poses. The intention of the class is to release mind-body tension, bringing the nervous system into a state of healing.
Pilates Mat Level 1
This class focuses on the basic pilates principles, with the assistance of small props such as rings, balls, bands, and weights for a fun and creative workout. Our open level classes are tailored to challenge a variety of fitness levels, so all are welcome!
Prenatal Yoga
In prenatal yoga we focus on strengthening your body through the duration of your pregnancy, building endurance to prepare for childbirth, learning to relax in times of tension and fatigue, and adding to your community of mamas and parents. Most importantly you will be met where you are, in any stage of pregnancy, and be guided through a thoughtful class that will help prepare you for labor and motherhood. Prenatal is specific for your ever-changing body and life.
Postnatal Yoga
This class is baby friendly! Bring your non-crawling baby or come solo. Our goal in postnatal yoga is to reconnect to the core and pelvic floor, relieve common postpartum discomforts, and use movement to regain strength in our bodies in functional ways that transfer to everyday life. We end class with baby yoga and songs to connect with those sweet little bundles!
