No prior experience? No problem. You'll work one-on-one with our instructors to learn the basics with our pilates reformer machines, tower units, and chairs for a fun variety of exercises. Invoke Studio downtown offers a hybrid reformer for private sessions, and both Invoke Studio locations offer a Cadillac reformer for private sessions. All clients are required to have previous Pilates reformer experience or take a private reformer session prior to joining a group reformer class. 

Pair up with a partner for a more affordable, personalized reformer session! Same as the Private session, but with one other person.

Enjoy the same benefits of the Private and Duet Reformer, but with familiar faces and on your schedule. These Private Group Reformer Appointments can be scheduled with up to six friends so you can enjoy the affordable price of a group class but on your own time. These classes are on the Invoke schedule and recommended for students of all ability levels.  Class size is limited to 6 people per class so students can receive personalized attention. Invoke does require a prerequisite of at least one private reformer session at Invoke, attending Invoke's Intro to Reformer class, or previous reformer experience elsewhere. Are you new to Pilates Reformer? We know the equipment can look a little intimidating, and that’s why we have this intro option! The Intro to Pilates Reformer class is offered for only $15 and is a great way to get familiar with the equipment and prepare you for Sculpt 1. We’ll take things slow and move you around the machine in a way that feels comparable to our regularly scheduled group classes, keeping things a little less spicy, but still enough to leave you with a strong taste for what you’re signing up for!
