PERSONAL & STUDIO INFORMATION

We require that all clients of Invoke fill out a waiver before their first class, as well as provide information in order to create an online account with Invoke. We will ask that you provide your full name, address, phone number, email address, and birthdate.

Your name will be the way we distinguish you from other clients. It is important to know who is in each class so that we can guarantee that our online system matches the classroom. This is for staff payment and liabilities.

Your address information is required to protect Invoke from credit card fraud and/or to help distinguish clients with the same name. If you do not wish to provide this information, you may refuse to fill that portion out on our in-studio waiver.

Your phone number will never be shared outside of the studio. This is used in case of an emergency, questions about your account or to return messages/missed calls. If you prefer not to share your phone number, we require that you provide an email address where we can reach you.

Your email address is used to send in-studio purchase receipts, account notifications, important studio updates, sales, and other relevant information to you. If you do not wish to receive our Newsletters, you may unsubscribe from them directly, or email info@invokestudio.com. If you wish not to receive any emails from Invoke and refuse to provide an email address, we will require that you provide a phone number where we can reach you in case of an emergency.

Your birth date will be used to email you a free class to use within 7 days of your birthday. If you do not wish to provide this information, you may refuse to fill out that portion of our waiver. 

All information collected on our website will not be shared, sold, or rented outside of Invoke in any form that is not disclosed in this policy and these procedures. We take your personal information and privacy seriously and will not, without your express permission or unless ordered to do so by a court of law, share, sell, or rent your information outside of Invoke. We will never share personally identifiable information about our clients and/or what they have purchased, or their visitation history with Third Parties. We will never share or use your email address in a way that has not been disclosed to you. If you no longer wish to receive email communication from Invoke, you may unsubscribe from all of our emails directly on the email or via info@invokestudio.com.

Information on Invoke’s websites, invokestudio.com and invokewellnesscenter.com, is kept as up-to-date as possible. We understand that it is important for our clients to have current and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that all information on this website is current.  We cannot guarantee that all information is accurate and the most up-to-date information available to you. Please be sure to check with our Invoke’s management team and/or teachers if you are concerned about out-of-date information or would like the most current information available.
