WE ARE NATURE
There is something extraordinary about stepping into nature. The pace softens, the mind quiets, and space opens for presence, curiosity, and possibility.
Join us for six days of movement, reflection, adventure, and shared experiences along Costa Rica's breathtaking Pacific coast. Together, we'll explore the elements found in nature—and within ourselves—through intentional practice, immersive experiences, and moments of quiet reflection.
Whether you're seeking rest, adventure, personal growth, or simply space to breathe, this week offers the freedom to move at your own pace while discovering the beauty of Costa Rica from the inside out.
We Are Nature.
The Rhythm of the Week
Throughout our time together, we'll explore the elements found both in nature and within ourselves. Each day offers an opportunity to connect with a different element, allowing it to guide our movement, reflection, and experience.
Day 1 — Earth
We Root. Ground into the present moment and settle into the rhythm of Costa Rica.
Day 2 — Water
We Flow. Embrace adaptability, softness, and trust as we move with ease.
Day 3 — Fire
We Ignite. Cultivate courage, vitality, and the energy for transformation.
Day 4 — Air
We Breathe. Create space for freedom, perspective, and possibility.
Day 5 — Ether (Space)
We Connect. Expand through presence, awareness, and meaningful connection.

January is one of the most beautiful times of year to visit Costa Rica's Pacific coast. Expect warm, sunny days with temperatures typically ranging from 80–90°F (27–32°C) and comfortable evenings in the 70s°F (21–24°C). It falls during the dry season, making it an ideal time for yoga, beach walks, wildlife adventures, and exploring everything Costa Rica has to offer.

This retreat is not about rushing or checking off boxes — it’s about slowing down enough to feel yourself again. Some days you may feel called to adventure, and other days you may feel called to do absolutely nothing at all. Both are exactly right.
You don’t need to be an “advanced” yogi to be here. All practices are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are, offering options for rest, exploration, and growth.

What People Are Saying
“I came to Invoke for a free event about creating inclusive spaces for minorities and it was incredibly wonderful. Everyone I spoke to was kind and most importantly the yoga and meditation was great. The studio has a really light and calming vibe. If you're looking for a yoga studio I recommend Invoke”
— KAI s.
“This studio is welcoming and friendly. I've gone to yoga studios before where I felt judged or like an outsider, but that's not the vibe at invoke at all. The classes are wonderful and offered at a wide range of times. Since I've started going regularly, my chronic upper back and neck pain has completely resolved. I'm so glad I took a chance and joined invoke!”
— Hannah L.
“Invoke yoga is WONDERFUL. It’s my favorite place to be besides my home. The environment is warm and comfortable, and the teachers are kind, knowledgeable, and all-around fantastic people. I love seeing other regulars and sharing space and energy with them. I can’t recommend invoke or the experience enough. Thank you, Invoke, for being in my life <3”
