Yoga Teaching Mentorship Program
Teacher training gives you the foundational skills to teach a yoga class. This mentorship is designed to help you become a confident, skilled, and authentic teacher who creates meaningful experiences for students and teaches with greater ease, clarity, and confidence.
In teacher training, you learn how to teach yoga. The years that follow are where you truly learn how to become a teacher. This program was created to help bridge that gap through practice, feedback, mentorship, and real-world teaching experience.
This is not a lecture-based training. It is an experiential mentorship where you’ll actively teach, receive feedback, reflect, and grow alongside other teachers in a supportive environment.

ANDREA OWENS
Teacher Training Leader
Andrea began expressing herself through dance and the performing arts at age three. While movement gave her physical freedom, she often struggled with anxiety and a restless mind. At fifteen, a yoga class with her mom sparked a powerful shift—she discovered the balance of body and mind she’d been craving.
After a career in acting and becoming a mom, Andrea returned to Indianapolis to continue her studies in Creative Arts Therapy. She holds a 500-hour yoga certification and is trained in Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Meditation, Mindfulness, Sculpt, Pre and Postnatal Yoga, FRC, and Reiki.
Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space for deeper self-connection and meaningful growth
